◎ Lower&Upper inflected belts are provided. The lower inflected belt is supported by regulating wheel, and the upper inflected belt is supported by downward pressure of spring pressure wheel group,pressure adjustable.

◎The stacked boxes pressed continuously form horizontally to vertically by the Lower&Upper inflected belts.

◎Lower&Upper inflected belts are driven by the motor to run synchronously with the speed of the folder gluer machine, or manual adjustment.

◎The spring pressure wheel group on the upper inflected belt can adjust the pressure of the roller conveniently, and ensure that the inflection belt can press the stacked boxes tightly for conveying.

◎The screw thread device set at the end of the upper inflected belt can be easily adjusted according to the size of the box, keep the stacked boxes enter the transverse seat smoothly.

◎The unique structural design of the longitudinal inflected belt can make the stacked boxes placed in the middle of the belt, make conveying more stable.

◎The box collecting machine collects the box through the longitudinal inflection belt and sends the box upright to the transverse seat. Only the upright box arranged neatly is conducive for workers togarher the boxes.

◎Use the guide plate structure, two sets of 50cm wide belts. Easy for packing belt put under the box.

◎The guide plate supported by the slide rod, and the lead rod is driven around. It can be easily adjusted by adjust the lead rod according to the size of the box.

◎The whole section can be adjusted up and down to adapt to different sizes of boxes conveying in middle of belt. Up and down adjustment through the screw linear guide structure.

◎The conveyor belt of the transverse seat is driven by independent motor, frequency control, which can be adjusted automatically or manually according to the speed of the main engine.
