semi-automatic folder-gluer is mainly used in large-scale packaging boxes and corrugated boxes (boxes) and cartons that cannot be pasted by other automatic folder-gluers. The semi-automatic folder gluer has a simple structure, and the equipment has a large appearance, is strong and reliable. It's fairly easy to use and debug. The frequency of use is high, and almost all boxes can be made on a semi-automatic folder-gluer.
The working procedures include: automatic paper feeding, edge grinding, gluing, and then sending out through the belt, manual folding and forming, and then shaping by the air pressure table on one side (one side is equipped with six stations). The carton pasted by the machine has a beautiful appearance, a strong sticky mouth, and saves glue. The output depends on the proficiency of the workers.
② There are usually three types of fully automatic folder gluers:
1. Ordinary side-gluing folder-gluer: It has the most basic functions of double-side folding and double-side sticking. This type of folder-gluer occupies the highest market share and has the widest application range. It is the most basic box-gluing equipment to replace manual box-gluing.
2. Folder gluer with pre-folding: Ordinary cartons are basically square (that is, four sides). Ordinary folder gluers and manual gluers can only fold two sides, and the other two sides have only indentations but no folds. However, it is not easy to open the carton, and it is easy to jam the machine on the automatic loading line. The pre-folded cartons are easy to open and are suitable for automatic loading and packaging machines, especially for medicine boxes, which basically use pre-folding folder-gluers.
3. Folder gluer with bottom hook: It is the most complicated device among all kinds of folder gluers, and it is also the most difficult to debug. It not only has the functions of the above two types of folder gluers, but also can fold and paste the bottom of the box. Boxes glued in this way are particularly easy to open for use. And the bottom has been glued, no need to insert the bottom manually, we call it automatic bottom in the industry.
