Folder gluers are widely used in the printing and packaging industry. We will inevitably encounter the problem of skewed paper output during use, so how to deal with the always skewed paper output of the folder gluer? One of the main reasons why the paper output of the folder-gluer is always crooked is that the belt of the folder-gluer is off-track. Therefore, as long as we solve the problem of the belt-off-track of the folder-gluer, the paper will not be crooked. Frequently check deviation parts and processing methods are:

1. Check the deviation of the two planes of the head and the bearing seat and install it on the tail frame. If the deviation of the two planes is greater than 1mm, the two planes should be adjusted in the same plane. The adjustment method of the head roller is: if it is offset to the right side of the roller, the bearing seat on the right side of the roller should move forward or backward. If it is offset to the left side of the drum, the bearing seat on the left side of the drum should move forward or backward. The adjustment method of the tail drum is just opposite to that of the head drum.

2. Check the position of the product on the belt of the automatic folder gluer. If the product is not in the middle of the cross section, it will cause deviation. If the product is biased to the right, the belt is biased to the left and vice versa. Try to keep the product in the middle when using it. In order to reduce or avoid this deviation, baffles can be added to change the direction and position of the product.

3. Check the degree of misalignment between the lateral centerline of the idler roller and the longitudinal centerline of the conveyor mesh belt. If the misalignment value exceeds 3mm, it should be adjusted by using the long mounting holes on both sides of the roller set. The specific method is which side to tilt, which side of the roller set moves forward, or the other side moves backward.
